The food portion is quite pathetic for 2 pax. Half of what I'm getting from past caterers I've tried. Soup also v little n placed directly into metal Tingkat. Tingkat size is like for elves. Did not provide menu of what can be expected for the mth. Would not recommend. Stopping after this mth.

We have read your feedback on us in foodline. You commented that food was too little for your order of 2 pax. You were also dissatisfied that soup was served in the Tingkat. It was unfortunate that you are dissatisfied with the quantity and our method of serving the soup.

With regard to the quantity which we served for all 2-PAx customers have been consistently this quantity. Whilst some customers like the amount we served, others like yourself prefer bigger portions. Different customers have varying requirements. Notwithstanding, at the price of $4.31 per pax per day for 4 dishes delivered to doorstep, we are confident that we have not shortchanged our customers and your goodself, attributing to our clientele for tingkat growing at a rapid speed. We have also been serving soup directly in the Tingkat since the start of our Tingkat business. The tiffin carrier we used to serve you is standard size for 2 persons purchasable in leading tiffin carrier suppliers along Temple Street Chinatown. Therefore we beg to disagree strongly with your remark that it is for elves:)

It will be better with serving spoons and drink dispenser instead of container.

We order for 7Pax and the food portion is enough for 8 pax + 2 child.
The food is nice and not so salty and no MSG added. the delivery staff is
friendly and helpful.

The staff are friendly and easy to work with. Crew arrived at the venue early to set up the tables, chairs and buffet table, which was very good since it does take a while.

Food arrived 15mins later than agreed timing. Could not get through the general phone line to check, and i would have preferred if the invoice or email communications stated an emergency number.

Food quality was good. Spring rolls were very tasty and honey baked winglets were good too. The staff were very open to feedback when we told them the barley was way too sweet and thick. Apparently it was their first time preparing it. We easily sorted that out buy adding water to it.

Overall good value for money since it was for a small group and yet had a full buffet set up.

I like the package that they give.

Unbelievable! We are looking forward to tingkat dinner daily, kudos to Xiaolin Kitchen. Tasty and nutritious dishes, good portion, excellent service. Surely it's value for money too. Having tried many tingkat caterers over the years, Xiaolin kitchen top my list of best tingkat caterer. Highly recommended.
