More setup time had due that they will be late. I couldn't reach them at all as it was a Sunday and their office was closed. For 30mins, I was left in a panic mode with guests staring at an empty function room. I was contemplating if I have to order from KFC or Pizza Hut then. My guests, 90 pax of them, were left waiting without food for over an hour. It was terribly embarrassing. The food have to be served cold without warming up due to the very late delivery and setup. I called them on the following Monday to complain. It took them a day to apologize. And, they offer to compensate with either a cake or $60 refund when my buffet was over $1,000. What an insult!
