The noodles were very tasty too. The tartar dip for the fish should have been left as a dip instead of being spread over the fish, as not everyone likes tartar sauce. Not a big problem, though, as most of it was finished. Appreciate that the caterer took note of my request to use less salt in the food. Clearing up was done at the time I requested.
