By then, we had cleared most of the left over food into the trash bag as we are afraid of pests or smell which will disturb the neighbours. We heaved a sigh of relief when we saw him and did not comment much on tge delay much on the delay since me and my hub were both very tired from the long wait and the helplessness. Worst of all, we were informed by neighbour that the guy who did the collection left the bag of trash right in front of the lift lobby. What is the problem with Xinyipin service?? The rubbish bin is just 3 steps away. The bag is food of food waste which will attract pests easily. Really bad service and experience on this. Do consider this if u are to order with them esp if u need to pay for venue rental and the guy dont show up!
