Initally seeing the reviews here I thought they would arrive early to set up but end up they reached 1 hour later. Didnt provide any compensation but only said that they can only delay ... More the pick up time. They were already late for an hour and yet still think that people will stay until 11pm lol. The mango pudding was pure inedible and it tasted weird. Most of the people feedback that the food was hard and not very kids friendly. Ordered the black forest cake but they cling wrapped until its not presentable. We ordered Wheat Prawn 麦片虾, which was listed on confirmation list, but Tempura Prawn was delivered instead. As we had a dinner and weekend event, we could not call customer service for the exchange. Delivery person acknowledged this situation and was apologetic but said that only fully unconsumed and returned item could be refunded. Since we needed the item, therefore was left with no choice. Picture posted is Tempura Prawn. An important and SERIOUS note about the delivery van, we saw a cockroach crawling inside the van and highlighted to the delivery person. That person quickly acted and tried to get rid of it. But seeing that, we became really worried about the hygiene. Thankfully, nothing happened to our guests and us. Can Xin Yi Pin please look into this matter urgently? Overall, the food was tasty, and quantity was acceptable. Except the Braised Pork was too salty. Quantity for dessert, Yam Paste with gingko nut was too little for 30 pax. Favorite was Oven-baked Honey drumlet, which we highly recommend!
