My relatives & friends all know about this issue & also say they will not order too. There isn’t any food tags to indicate the items & also no spare fuel given. I ... More had ordered 30 pax & added 10 more pax to 40 pax & also requested to change 2 dishes which they noted on it but in the end it was wrong. When i saw the jelly, i keep asking the delivery guy whether he had sent wrong cos mine is mango pudding not jelly & he keep telling me yes its correct. So i unpack from the tray to keep in my fridge then he tell me its wrong. I got to take all out from fridge to return him then he pass me a small tray of 30 mango pudding which is wrong also. It supposed to be 40 mango pudding & anyway the mango pudding taste horrible. I ordered 50% rice & 50% bee hoon but portion given is wrong & rice is hard & bee hoon taste bland. I had change Sweet & Sour Prawn to Salted Egg Prawn but still after noted they send the wrong one. Ordered Chinese Cabbage with Lo Han Chye, Curry Chicken & Hong Siew Tofu With Mushroom but the portion given is only meant for 30 pax which is not tally to my 40 pax. The Yam Paste with Gingko Nuts is so watery that u can only see the 2 patches of yam paste in the photo. I told the delivery guy that its wrong & he say if you feel that its wrong, we can take all back!! It was on a sat afternoon so I could not call to check & solve the issue. Service was terrible. After the event, I called on Mon to Foodline & Caterer. *Reply from Caterer:- hi, had checked w the chef and the driver side, for the hongsiew tofu, curry chicken and the lo han chye was given 30 pax (small tray) instead of 40 pax (large tray). the balance of 10pax for the 3 dishes, we will refund back to u. So that total we will refund for 10 pax of hongsiew tofu, curry chicken and chinese cabbage will be *$34.88*. As for the Braised Pork w Pau and sin chow bee hoon, the kitchen had made mistake so we decided to FOC for you. (FOC??? Its their mistake & its a waste to throw away food which we do not request). for the yam paste, we had checked too. and it is confirmed for 40 pax. this is the way our company gives. cant compared w others. different company different recipe and amount given. (looking at the photo, its even lesser than 30 pax cos the whole thing is so watery with only that 2 patches of paste. I had not come across such watery yam paste).
