Most of the dishes arrived hard, dried, and cold, packed in a plain cardboard box instead of a thermal bag. The vegetables were undercooked, bland, and had no sauce—I had to re-cook them myself. Two boxes of sauces were provided, but there was no indication of which sauce paired with which dish. The yam paste was watery and contained only four gingko nuts, far below expectations. The golden prawns were overly salty and oily, and the tiger prawn rolls had lost their crispiness, turning rubbery. Overall, the meal was unappetizing and poorly prepared. This was meant to be a special reunion dinner to ease my mum’s workload and bring her joy, but instead, it turned into a major disappointment.
