It was just nice for the numbers but because quite a few guest went for 2nd ... More round after that.. it was a birthday party so we also need extra plates and fork etc for the guest after that but it wasn't enough although caterer did comment they will give slightly more so i was glad that i did prepare extra plates etc on my own otherwise it won't be enough for the guest esp for the cake session. Eg 30 pax (the caterer will give ard 45-50 plates more) do estimate on your own in case you need more cutleries which may not be enough. Other than that other dishes were quite ok and gd. honey prawns got more left over as i guess most guest don't wish to shell it which they may find it a hassle but taste wise was not bad. As a result the food was cold and I have to bring down kettle to the function room to ... More boil water to heat up the food. 2.The chicken curry, smoked duck and the mini fruit tarts portion were too little. Definitely the portion are not enough for 60 pax. The curry is too salty and no potato. There was a lot of gravy but not much meat in it. The chicken meat was all smashed up into tiny pieces and disintegrated (small broken pieces). 3.The broccoli was too blend and tasteless. 4.The prawn paste chicken was all shredded into tiny pieces. My opinion of prawn paste chicken should be chicken wings and drumlets. 5.The gingko nuts in the yam paste was too little.
