That said, some food do not seem fresh and some even spoilt shortly after, causing some of our guests to experience diarrhoea after the event. Most unpleasant however, is their horrible timing. ... More They came late by almost 30 minutes, causing waiting time for my guests as they have to wait for the food to heat up. Upon delivery, the delivery man also confirmed with us that the pickup time is 3.30pm. However, we waited until 6.30pm and the set up was still not cleared away yet. This caused much inconvenience as our event was held at the condo function room, of which we only booked till 4pm. So we called them and reminded them to clear their stuff away. There was another resident who booked the function room from about 5.30pm onwards, but the set up was still not cleared yet. By this time, they were already 2-2.5 hours late. We were still trying desperately to reach the head office (to no avail since they seem to be closed) and the delivery man - I explained the entire situation to him and reminded him again firmly that the things MUST be cleared. We waited again till 6pm, of which the set up really had to be cleared because the other residents' guests were arriving already. During this period, we called the delivery man multiple times but he actually rejected our calls. Left with no choice, we had to clear the set up ourselves and left the things outside the function room of them to clear. Extremely extremely disappointed and fed up with such a service.
