YLS Catering

First time trying out YLS as the usual caterer was not opened on CNY eve. Was glad that I had chosen YLS (can have an alternative in future). The food taste, presentation and portion was good.

Food were delivered slight earlier. Portion of the Braise Pork with Bun and Smoke Duck with Black Pepper were scant but the Fried Bee Hoon was plenty! No sweet sauce were given for the Deep Fried Ngo Hiang.
Kailan with Mushrooms were covered with too much sauce but food were generally tasty.

Food was nice.

Big portion ,value for money. punctual. can add more vegetables to kailan/mushrooms.

The food quality and taste is pretty good. The provider is also very generous with the cutlery. Food quantity is ok since my family members are not big eaters.

If bee hoon is not as dry would be better

The food is nice and value for money.

The portions were generous. However, prawns were not fresh & fish had too much flour. Beehoon & samball long beans were the nicest. Curry chicken was tasty but could be cooked more evenly.

YLS catering is one of the better catering I had based on the food and service. Time was punctual and overall good service. Will
Recommend to friends

Good food, and quantity, rice was spilled but overall on time and good service.
