咖哩鸡肉 Curry Chicken gravy is TOO LITTLE

Food portion is generous and the food is tasty. We like every dish ordered and the guests go for multiple helpings. Top favourite is yam paste; it is almost as good as restaurant standard, with the exception of corn replacing ginkgo. The curry chicken gravy is great and it goes well with Bee Hoon. The braised pork w bun is highly sought after too but the bun is not soft enough. The lowlight is the fruit punch, but it cannot be helped as majority of the caterers also only have one drink choice. Delivery Uncle is very friendly and sets up very quickly.

The visual and taste of the food were good. Especially the smoked duck and the noodles.

Simple & no frill buffet setup. Guests feedback that they felt very thirsty after eating, maybe too much MSG added to the dishes. The prawn was not very fresh & there are some leftover for the fish & meat items. The Kailan with mushroom was all wipe up fast! Green bean soup is nice & not too sweet.
