YLS Catering

Love the smooth orh nee texture. Overall not bad for the price, serving just nice. However the sweet and sour chicken is disappointing, too sour with coating too thick, very little chicken meat. And there is no 姜葱 taste for 姜葱鱼片...

This is my 2nd time order, but not as good as first time I order, the food all come not warm at all.

The service is good, I like it.

Overall, the food portion is generous. The delivery was prompt. The food was generally good except one guest complained of a small lump of salt in the fried rice.

Arrived before scheduled time. Portion was big, the fried rice and curry chicken was good.

Chicken with cereal - very crispy & delicious

Food was good. We ha e been using this caterer for our functions.

Nice Curry Chicken

My guests enjoyed most of the food esp the smoke duck & yam paste. Some suggestions for improvement : If steam bun can put in a steamer will be better,it's a bit hard over the heat on the tray. Cereal chicken too hard & dry. It'll be good if you can display name tag for each dish.

Every selection of food are very well received by guests.
Generous portion.
