Delicious food, ordered three times over 4 months

Overall quite nice but food was on the colder side because they were prepared and packed much earlier than delivery time. Will be much nicer if hotter but since we had ordered mini buffet, can't complain.

A very good buy at this price of $10.80 per head for a buffet spread of 11 food items. Delicious food, especially the braised pork bun and smoked duck.
One suggestion: There are three items, namely smoked duck, cereal prawns and braised soft bone which were not served in the normal food containers (servers) but on plates placed on the servers. This is not an ideal, as some attendees may not have noticed the food placed on plates besides usual servers. They should also be placed in normal food containers (servers).

Overall, food was value for money and tasty. Will order again.

Had a terrible experience on that event day. The vendor came later after all my guests has arrived, food are cold & the drink spilled out by the vendor during the setup. It creates a lots of inconvenience.

Food is delicious and portions is big for 20 pax!

For Braise Pork with Bun, the pork can be more tender and buns were cold hence abit hard. Curry Chicken too much chicken, gravy not enough. Caterer did not provide disposable bowls for curry chicken. In general, taste and portion all good. Especially like the Kailan with Mushroom dish!

My family members liked the curry chicken and soft bones most. Curry was flavourful and soft bones was special. However, the chicken with onion and ginger was disappointing. The chicken dices were fried till it was too dry. Was expecting a stir fry dish. Anyway, the caterer gave very generous portions and service was good.

The food is nice. Our people like it. We will order again. Thank you caterer. foodline.
