YLS Catering

My guests love the curry chicken, curry veg, braise pork and Yam Paste w/ coconut milk. They were impressed. The display of the dishes were cramped though.. kind of inconvenient for us to take food. Had to be extra careful so not to burn oneself. Will book again and request for better display of the food in a row, not cramped together...

Overall the food is good, people asked me what caterer is this. It would be best if there's cold dessert.

The food was good in general, but the caterer came 30 minutes before schedule (set up was supposed to be at 5:30, serve at 6pm but they came at 5pm and food was ready by 5.20pm). Not a big deal seeing as they still gave us ample time to consume to food. Only problem was that the burners burnt out by 8:30 instead of 9pm or so.

The vegetables and noodles were good, and portions were generous as well seeing as we had more than 30 pax at the event but still had more than half leftover.

I received many compliments from friends and family for this catering as they were surprised with the dishes in this buffet – especially the Smoked Duck – which was my daughter's favourite. Overall, the dishes were delicious and flavourful. They're great items for a buffet-styled occasion too!

Second time ordering from YLS Catering. Love their smoke duck to the extent we ordered 2 servings of it. Their braise pork with bun is also awesome. Overall the food quality is above average and very satisfied.

Deliver the food on time, the service is good and the food is delicious that left no remaining behind.

Food delivery and setup is punctual.
I ordered for 37 pax which is way too much for the party. So there are a lot of food left.

Food quality wise: Fried rice- very dry and not well cooked
Maggi- good
Smoked duck, braised pork with bun and mushrooms are well received. Prawn was not very fresh.
The other fried dishes are a bit on the dry side.

In overall, for 10+1 promotion, its worth the money.
