YLS Catering

Ordered 2 mains, Fried Rice with Silver fish and Fried Tang Hoon w/ Mushroom, both came in generous portion.

But the other dishes are too little for our guests.

Curry is a little too watery and blend, and the potatoes seems too little. Many people said they couldn't get any.

Other then the Tang Hoon the Yam paste also got compliments from our Teochew family.

I love the catering from yls, the selection is unqiue and i have gotten alot of good comments from my guests on the food. Most of them are really particular about the quality of food and many of them have asked which is the caterer because they enjoyed the selection so much and intend to cater the same for their upcoming events. The best received dishes are the braised pork w bun and smoked duck. I am very glad that we went ahead and choose yls as our preferred caterer and will definitely reccomand to our friends on facebook

Caterers came on time and was professional... not easy considering it was Xmas day and they are fully booked.

Food was decent catering fare. Several guests had good things to say.

Wanted to submit photos but FoodLine system seems to have issues and did not allow me to upload. Ask Chatline what is going on but they offered no help except ask me to exit and try again.... which I have done 4 times over. Oh well...

Service was great. Caterer responded and confirmed order fast, even though it was a next day order. Overall value for money. Food came half an hour earlier than stated delivery time.

Most dishes were subtle, but the fried rice was slightly bland. There is hardly any seafood in the rice. However, the rest of the dishes were enjoyable.

Setup time is punctual. Thumbs up for curry chicken. Food in general is tasty except for the cereal prawn which we find it too tough. Portion seems too little. Order is for 60pax and food served is not sufficient. Had to separately order other finger food including the drinks. Drinks ran out before food is finished.
