YLS Catering

I find the portion of the food to be little. I have ordered from YLS last sat for 60 pax and also find the portion too little. Not sure if I was short-changed or the portion is really justifiable. Hope YLS can review heir serving portion.

It was drizzling when we were about to start bbq ing. The catering set up person was very patient n helpful, braving the rain n steps to deliver the food. Overall, the food was good n portion size was decent.

All the dishes are super delicious except a bit of disappointment for the curry which is signature dish. The chickens seem to have not defroze enough such that there is a smell and some of the meat is hard. Some are soft and tender. I believe if it had defroze enough, we would have enjoyed it better. Delivery and service is good. Uncle came right on the dot. Though needed to climb stairs to get to function room, they very nice to waive the $20 off. Overall

All the guest said the food is good. Just the drink too little for 40 persons. Each person take 1 cup , the drink no more already and the cereal prawn , the meat of the prawn stick to the skin and hard to eat.

Food came early. Curry chicken is kind of watery. Portion is sufficient. Yam paste and braise pork with bun is tasty.

Perhaps, due to peak season, and YLS was too busy, the food was not as nice as before.
Food like Braised Pork, Prawn dumplings and Fried chicken wings are catered to the number of pax ordered. Hence, food run out fast. Better to order food that is not by headcount. Will look more presentable.
Presentation is bare minimum. No flowers or other decorative items.

Delivery was prompt. Food was decent portion.

They delivered the food on time with plenty of time to spare before the pick up when the party ended. Set up was fast and efficient.
