YLS Catering

The portion is small for 30 pax on CNY day 1.
The curry chicken was served only half the tray and vegetables was definitely not enough for 30 pax. The cereal prawn was 'hard'.
Overall rating - average only!

We loved the curry chicken, braised pork with bun and butter prawn.
The Soya Sauce Braised Duck was a bit tough. The setup with the bento boxes with cover are good and presentable.

Deliveryman arrived on time, but the food was all cold, we expected it as it was a mini buffet and during peak period. Food was okay, value for money. Portion looks small but can't finish, so it was enough. It will be better if it was hot/warm. Overall, guests were all satisfied with the food. Thank you!

I dun really like the sambal pork and mee goreng. Does not have the sambal fragrance.

Value for money for min 30pax

Caterer came really punctual and early in fact for set up.
The food portions are fine, and considered slightly above average for catered food. only bad thing is that food was prepared since 3pm so our guests had to consumed it before 7pm. They came to collect it promptly at stated time.
Service is good overall. Food is above average.

It is value for money and I would highly recommend it to my friends.

I had chosen YLS catering based on the good reviews but felt a little disappointed after the service.
Food was generally acceptable with the food variety avail for selection and guest going WoW on the chicken curry and braised pork with bun. The LouHan vegetable only consists of white cabbage and mushroom.
May wish to prepare more cutlery and plates if you decide to use them as what was given is quite minimal(75plates for 50pax)

Ysm Paste w/ Coconut Milk slightly sweet. Prawn sauce chicken was cold and abit soggy & Deep fried ngo hiang was cold when delivered. Delivery was punctual & set-up was fast.

Wonderful experience with YLS Catering Services. Food was deliciously and arrival was on time. Favorite dish would be the curry chicken and yam paste!
