All food was good. setup was fast. teardown was also quite fast. would order again if needed. probably need more fruit pun h

Has been order from YLS for few times. However very disappointed of this mini buffet this time.

1. Mee Hoon just like boil with hot water and mixed with Black source, not fried Mee Hoon.

2. The Sweet and Sour chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork are soggy. No taste.

3. The prawn not fresh

4. The barley inside the dessert still in hard condition, like uncook.

Curry Vegetable and Chicken with Thai sauce is delicious.

Fried Rice is too dry. Caterer is not flexible to accept order for half portion of rice and bee hoon while others can accomodate to our past request. Eg. Ordered for 50 pax, requested for 25 pax fried rice and 25 pax bee hoon.

Their driver is friendly and waited patiently for us to clear the food slightly after their collection time.

Ordered for 7th month today. Food is nice, curry never goes wrong. Super love. Just that the sweet sour pork and bong bao fish, is probably just sauce over it. Pork meat a bit tough. Nevertheless my colleagues all like it. Wont recommend the cheng tng, cause the longan etc is too overly soft.

Setup was done 1 hour earlier than requested timing. Our family has always catered from YLS for family celebrations and will continue to do so. Portion is good, very value for money!

The food taste is average and since delivery was too early, food was already cold when guests arrived. Sweet sour pork and fish with onion/ginger became soggy with the sauce as well. Would be better if the sauce was set aside separately for us to pour in later when consuming.
I ordered for 25 pax with only 22 people and about half consists of elderly and kids but from the picture (after 2 pax has taken the food) you can tell that the quantity is definitely not for 25 pax. All items are pathetic servings especially prawn and Ngo Hiang like only 1pc per pax. Lucky there are 2 trays of rice and curry each and hence just enough with only some curry left over. Curry has more potatoes and meat was not alot with some just bones with abit of meat.
Last weekend, I attended another birthday gathering where my sister ordered 30pax with 35 guests from another caterer and half of the attendees are the same crowd as mine, she still have alot of left over food despite hers had setup so the food is still warm and taste better. Her curry have lots of chicken drumlets and just nice amount of potatoes.
As a consolation, I can only say you can expect too much for the price paid.
However, failed minimum expectation where at least quantity must be sufficient.

The delivery was puncture. . .
Overall, food was acceptable and the portion is sufficient for 30 pax.

Fried maggie noodles tasty and delicious , nice and yummy especially the curry chicken, is good and tasty

Delivery was prompt. 15 mins before scheduled arrival. Rice was better than the bee hoon. Bee hoon was tough.

Catering set up was done on time and the food was really good. All the guest praised the food was delicious and even asked which catering company it was. Had previously ordered before from YLS for other events and glad to find them on foodline. The entire process was hassle free and smooth. Will definitely order again from YLS on foodline for our future events. Highly recommend the Curry Chicken and Black Pepper Duck.
