Ordered for 50 pax, service was good and friendly staffs. Came half an hour earlier than the set up time and collected back on time

Food portion was acceptable.
Fish w/Thai Sauce and Sweet Sour Prawn well like by guest.
However, the Fried HK Noodle, too oily not recommended

The Fried Bee Hoon was too dry and hard. Serving portion could be better. Most the fried item are not crispy. The vegetables and black pepper pork not too bad.

炒快熟面 a bit soggy and oily.
Order 福建炒饭 but came Fried noodle. Fried noodle a bit salty.
The rest of the food not bad

Setup was slightly earlier than the requested time. The setup was ok, we need to arrange the given utensils, ok quantity for 50 pax

Good are standard without surprise as the last order a few years before. Just didn’t know the tomato source and Chilli source are not longer provided

One of the primary concerns was that the cold food was not served at the appropriate temperature. It seemed as though the dishes had been sitting out for an extended period, resulting in them losing their intended chilliness. It was disappointing not to enjoy the refreshing sensation that cold dishes should provide, and it affected the overall experience.

The food is quite less for 30 pax. taste is so-so , dunno whether is it due to mini-catering. hope will be better next time rd

Chicken with cereal was hard, yam paste not much taste and texture not smooth. Curry chicken and sweet n sour fish were nice though.

Schedule for 6:30 however admin arrange deliver on 6pm and reached my house much earlier on 5:40pm.

d. Braise Pork with bun - 4 (Nice, meat a bit hard)
d. Prawn with Careal - 4 (ok)
e. Siew Peh with Mushroom - 3
f. Yam Paste with Coconut - 4 (nice, but too much coconut milk)

Overall food taste is not nice
