Braised pork was too lean, not much fats making the bun very dry.

Yam paste was very nice but amount was too little for 10 pax.

Curry chicken was nice, but other items such as the spring roll (which is quite bland) and yam paste (which was strangely very "watery") could be better. Prawns were not as fresh and nice as expected.

Food, especially those with gravy, was salty. Unhealthy and not recommended to those with health issues. Portion was small e.g. 4 prawns for 2 pax. No option to choose 3 dishes and 1 soup, fixed 4 dishes. And no option to skip a day.

The tingkat dinner i order for only 5days from YLS catering was unexpected as the foods serve less and some dishes No taste at all so disappointed and never renew anymore.

I understanding that the catering is very near to delivery area, and they have mentioned might be the first delivery(3pm), but instead meals have been hanged outside by 2:15pm and even earlier most of the time. I am ordering dinner tingkat, not lunch.
I have ordered 4 dishes, the 4th dish mayb peanut or 8 pieces of crab stick, is it consider a dish or snack?

Delivery time was abit early but still acceptable ,driver was friendly .Overall good value for the cost

Portion during cny seems very little compare to normal days. Prawn is not fresh.

Simple & no frill buffet setup. Guests feedback that they felt very thirsty after eating, maybe too much MSG added to the dishes. The prawn was not very fresh & there are some leftover for the fish & meat items. The Kailan with mushroom was all wipe up fast! Green bean soup is nice & not too sweet.
