YLS Catering

YLS catering contacted me soon after I had placed the order via foodline. Instructions were very clear and they committed to a time of delivery. I requested for a later time, however they explained politely that it is a festive season with many orders, hence my time of delivery has to be 6.30pm.

The food was delivered timely on 24th Dec. Delivery guy was experienced and polite. Mini buffet food was very tasty and portion and presentation was good. My relative was so impressed she even wants to order for lunar new year!

Our favourite dishes ranged from gongbao fish slices, curry chicken, braised soft bones, ngoh hiam; sweet sour chicken and prawns.

Perhaps What could have been done better will be for prawns to be deshelled.

Overall it was a great experience and I will definitely consider YLS in future parties!

Food came on time and packed properly. repeat orders from the caterer. Decent food and good value for money

The bee Hoon, curry chicken and curry veg are a winning combination! Kids like the cereal chicken and braised soft bone. Next day I use airfryer to heat up the cereal chicken and cereal prawns and they turned out even nicer! All in all, everyone enjoyed the food! Exceeded my expectations!

The chicken w/cereal is over fried and too hard.

The thai fish fillet, noodles and curry chicken is nice. But the black pepper chicken and sweet and sour pork is not tender. Very hard.

The caterer is very generous with the yam paste w/coconut milk, my guest with very happy to have this dish. Also the braise pork with bun, it is delicious and possessed the traditional taste.

In general, the food was good. This is the second time I have ordered the catering with YSL. Their food n service were good.

Not my first time ordering fr them!! My guest love the food!! Turnout was lesser than expected but yet we still managed to clear the food!!!

The food was nice and very quality and worth it for money! Will order again for other occasions. The food feels like tze char quality.
