YLS Catering

Delivery was prompt, 10 mins before time. Food very well packaged with serving ladles for each dish. Fried rice a bit hard and more than enough.

Good and decent buffet, generally food are not bad, but used to be big trays for 40pax, now 40 pax has become the small trays, pepper pork can cut smaller pieces, Cheng tng have sweet potato which makes it a good choice, Bee Hoon is a good choice too

Food was not bad will order again. Maybe will try the other dishes. Some dishes was a too little tho.

Food was generally ok . Curry chicken was slightly tough. Braised pork with bun was well liked by the guests. Beancurd and prawn paste chicken tasted good.

Delivery is punctual.. reached on time @ 12pm. The food is tasty and quantity is sufficient as per our order.

Have been ordering from YLS Catering for years
and always satisfied with their food.

I recently had the opportunity to try out this catering service, and overall, it was a positive experience. The food was delicious, with flavors that were both satisfying and enjoyable. The delivery was right on schedule, and I appreciated how the collection time was well-spaced, allowing for a smooth process.

However, there are a few areas where improvements could be made. While the food tasted great, the presentation could definitely use some enhancement. It lacked the polished look that more established caterers often provide. Additionally, clear labeling was missing, which caused some confusion. For example, dishes like "Sweet & Sour Fish" and "Sweet & Sour Pork" looked almost identical, making it hard to distinguish between them without tasting.

With some attention to detail in presentation and labeling, this catering service has the potential to reach an even higher standard. Despite these minor issues, the overall experience was still enjoyable.

The quality and variety of the food was excellent! The flexibility to choose between different types of food was very user friendly. Highly recomended.
