The buffet came slightly early, fast set up even done before 11.30am, maybe that day too many schedule to rush. Frankly speaking, hubby & myself didn't really have chance to try on the foods as too busy for the house warming sessions. However, ... More majority of our relatives & guests feedback that they enjoyed the food very much, even with the desserts.

So overall, we quite impressed with this caterer and will sure consider to order again from them.

Braised pork with bun is good when it hot. Will be ... More good to provide a steamer for bun cause it turn really hard to the end of the day.
We get pretty good comments on the smoked duck and curry chicken.
Sweet and sour fish is good.
Yam paste is not too sweet so that just good.
Maggie noodle taste normal not superb.

The Braised soft bone, mushrooms and gong bao chickens were the crowd's favourite! Yam paste was good too as i had requested for it to be not too sweet. Portion was generous and enough for 30pax. But the curry was too little, half way through the ... More buffet and most of it was gone already. Celery was very 'old', hard to eat. Black pepper fish needs more sauce and flour too thick. Prawns was okay but small.

The guy who set up the buffet was very friendly and punctual, however i was asked to change my buffet timing for better driver route planning when placing order. Nonetheless, all was above average! Will order from them again.
