This caterer is very flexible for us to choose food from any category to have either more meat than veggies or dessert, as long as meet the maximum number of dishes ordered. Most dishes are a bit dry ... More especially Fish which make it more hard to eat. Fried rice also cook till rice too dry and not moist. Curry chicken is oily, can see thick layer of oil on top. Prawn paste chicken taste not so nice especially when it’s cold. Prawn sambal is nice but prawns not so fresh. I suggest for the veg to cut into smaller pieces, easier to eat.
