In general, the guests likes the food except the cereal prawns are not so fresh, the sweet and sour sliced fish batter too thick and the curry gravy is not thick enough. However, overall the food is great and the portion is huge.

The fried rice very dry and hard. Curry chicken ok. curry pork too salty and more than 60% potato than pork. Yam paste good but portion very little. 20%

We ordered for 15 Paxs but the dishes food portion is very little. Curry chicken is very oily and consistency very watery. Fish and chicken are fried until too dried. The vegetable is also very salty.

We have catered buffet a number of times from various caterers but this is the first time I have received positive feedback for almost all the dishes. Each dish has its own supporter! My personal favourite is 扣肉馒头 but everything else except 咕噜猪肉 are pretty good too. Will definitely come back again! The food are not too salty and the setup was prompt and timely. Thumbs up!

Food came on time, curry was good, taste great. More sauce for the black pepper pork will be better.
