Generous portion of food but most of the dishes were cold. Curry Chicken was nice and the caterer was generous with the disposable utensils. Overall positive feedback from the guests.

Owner was helpful with my queries. We also like their curry chicken, deep fried ngo hiang & hot cheng tng. Good value.

Delivery was on time and the delivery guy is nice and accommodating. Food portion is very generous, especially the Fried rice. Will order again.

We choose YLS catering more than 5 times already. Never disappoint us and our guests. The price is much higher during CNY period but still reasonable and good deal.

This is my second time ordering and it’s been pleasant. Food is good, price is ok too. The portion of food is just nice. Able to choose the variation freely.

Overall, the catering experience with YLS Catering was mixed, with some dishes meeting expectations while others fell short.

The "Fried H.K Noodle" was ordered but fried rice was provided instead. Unfortunately fried rice dry and hard This situation was unexpected thus they give some discount. The "Sweet & Sour Sliced Fish" suffered from a soggy texture. The "Curry Pork" had a diluted curry sauce, and the pork was tough. The potatoes in the curry were also not soft. The "Smoke Duck with Black Pepper" was a little oily. The "Prawn with Crab Sauce" featured small prawns, and the sauce was sparse and dry. The "Prawn Sauce Chicken" provided wasn't drumettes or wings but parts of the chicken and the taste of prawn paste was weak.

On a more positive note, the "Deep Fried Ngo Hiang" was acceptable. The "Kailan with Mushrooms" was also a satisfactory dish. The "Yam Paste with Coconut Milk" provided a sweet ending to the meal.

In summary, while some dishes were palatable, the overall quality of the food from YLS Catering was inconsistent. Several dishes suffered from issues with texture, flavor, or preparation. Improvements are needed in the execution of several menu items to meet expectations.

The delivery is on time and the food is generally nice. My family love the Sliced Fish w/ Cereal and Sweet & Sour Pork. The portion can be slightly bigger.
