After setting up the food, the caterer just dump one whole plastic bag filled with plates and cups in it and refuse to help us place it nicely on the table and ask for $$$ even when we request him to lay it nicely.

Took 30mins to set up the food. food took super long to heat up (approximately 45mins?) because the 'fire wax' given was super small. a bug was found in the sweet and sour sliced fish. The deliveryman totally ignored me when i raised the bug issue to him. Disappointing.

Nevertheless, food was good. portion is super big (i ordered 45pax for 55 guests but i had leftovers of nearly half the portion given!!!)
