The food quality was quite good. Even though the food is cold and not crispy (when it should be), the food still tasted quite good.
The food portion was extremely little. It's the first time my party ran out of food. It was so embarrassing. How can it be that I cater for 30 people portion, and 30 person turned but we ran out of food? And most of them are not big eaters.
Also, the person who set up the table and food missed out 2 dishes until I asked him how come there are 2 dishes missing. Then he went to his van to take more racks to put up the 2 dishes. However, there is not enough food warmer, and as a result, the 2 dishes were cold.

Sliced Fish w/Spring Onion & Ginger - delivered the wrong dish; had the Celery w Sliced Fish instead.
They gave alot of rice (chicken rice) but only a small container of chicken rice chilli sauce.
The Hainanese Chicken - small portion; we had to run down to the hawker centre buy additional one whole chicken.
Website stated $20 for transport. Caterer called to say that they charge $50 for the CNY period. Thought it was a good deal for my package but with the additional $30 charge, I did not feel like I got a good bargain.
