Yeh Lai Siang Catering Service

All the dishes ,we ordered were awesome ,
only one short fall never give the spoon or scoop for taking rice and dishes.
As it is happening gin our company event , we don't have such big spoons to scoop, better next time provide all, very inconvenient.

Prawns had a lot of sand and pork was hard other than that food is alright! Full setup was done fast and they came timely as well. Loved the egg tofu dish and vegetables dish.

The staff are friendly, call in advance before reaching too. The set up is wonderful, and the food is fine. Mee sua is so-so, I should have chose bee hoon maybe. I'm disappointed that the prawn rolls doesn't have sauce to go with. The rest of the food are good enough, especially the bobo chacha.

Very impressive setup and caterer went extra mile yo decorate for my baby. Told them I would like to have white theme setting and they go beyond it. Food was great especially hot bobochacha and it is a hit among all the food. Will order from YLS again!

The driver arrived punctually. Every guest gave wonderful feedback about all the dishes. The food was tasty and not salty. As it is a mini buffet, no warmer was provided. We transferred the food into individual warmers that we have. The food served warm was better in taste.
the portion was generous and we had left over. The guests were delighted to pack food back home.
I would like to thank the efficiency of the staff ( yuen Yee) for liaising with me in text messages and providing advice to make some minor changes to the dishes as we catered for the elderly.
I would not hesitate to book Yeh lai Siang for my next function.

Caterer reached early and set up was done and ready by the timing agreed on. Everyone said the food was delicious and there was no bad comments from any of the 30 guests. Especially love the curry, the curry was so good everyone went for second round!! Food portion were enough too. Definitely recommend and would order again if required! Thanks Yeh Lai Siang :)

The service is superb. They provided cutlery as well. The dessert was delivered wrongly and they were quick to rectify it when contacted them.

All the dishes are good except the Barley ginko which is a bit bland. The braised pork belly is a bit dry but the taste is awesome. All my guests enjoyed the food.

Guest feedback that the food is quite nice. Food portion quite big I should have ordered lesser instead of really count the number of head of my guests cuz majority took few food only.

Table setup is gorgeous, although took longer time than agreed / expected timing but it was okay.

Staff is accommodating to my request and prompt in replying messages and sending amended invoices.

The only thing is they forgot to bring my chairs ordered (30pcs) but say will refund me on next Monday. But I really need chairs for my guest how can I make my guest stand there n eat? So talked with office and they said will send the chairs in 30minutes. So ok at least this issue is resolved although took some time.

The service was up to my expectation and set up was punctual. The staff are friendly and accede to my request. All my guests are satisfied with the food. I will order again for next celebration.
