In general, food is ok but need to be wise in food selection

Overall taste of food is ok and acceptable except for :
1. The dory fillet is so thin while the batter is so thick that the whole dish is bland, hard and rubbery with no taste of the fish at all.
2. Quantity of chicken provided is much too little for an order of 50 pax.
3. The lobster is ok but a bit over fried.
4. No serviette provided.
5. No decoration to improve the overall outlook of the whole buffet set-up.

Food was up to standard and punctually delivered

Generally food is good considered that caterers are busy during CNY. The food was punctually delivered and ready at the stipulated time. Plastic wares are sufficient. A slight complain is still there was no serviette provided. Other than that, i was satisfied with the order.

I am not sure if this is due to CNY period or industry practices had changed, In the past, i just put a deposit and pay the balance upon food delivery. However for this order, I was asked to pay the full amount before my order was accepted.

Overall still good

Overall food is still good, except the Fish Fillet With Lemon Dips, where the fish was not fried long enough and the texture is just lousy. Half of the Fish Fillet was left after the event.

Curry chicken is very good. Prawn is pretty big. The Prawn Roll tasted better after the reheating with air-fryer.

The portion this round is pretty generous, except the Stewed Pork Belly.
