Yeh Lai Siang Catering Service

Repeated order from this caterer because food is consistently nice, especially the curry. Sales person is also very nice to agree to us changing to 2 portions of orhnee. Will get again if there's any other big events in future. :)

Second time reviewing that the drinks is seriously not enough. Drinks finished before the cups finish. Learning from previous experience, we had stocked up own drinks. All other food portion was great, curry was great!

Our first time trying out this caterer. We and guests were quite disappointed with the food quality. Quite a few areas to improve on:

1. One dish came without a burner. So we have to left prawn roll in the cold.
2. Chicken rice was really bland and no fragrance at all. Guests thought its white rice.
3. Luohan Veg is overly salty.
4. Bun is hard.
5. Fish is a bit soggy.
6. Oatmeal Prawn is not crispy
7. Traditional hainanese steam chicken is dry. Taste is bland.
8. Noodle unsure as we personally did not try or ask for more opinions.
9. Dessert comes with too much ice cubes. Making it very hard to scoop up the sea coconut and aloe vera. Basically it feels like eating ice.
10. Fruit punch is alright.

Confirming order is easy. Delivery also came on time. But food quality as well as lack of one burner for the dish are quite disappointing.

Customer service was prompt after I placed the order. Food came hot and fresh. All the dishes were delicious. My guests loved it. Reasonable pricing too. Highly recommended.

All food portion is a lot except for orhnee and drinks. Drinks finished very quickly, don't look like it's for 35 pax.
Taste: all good, especially curry
Plates and utensils: not enough

Nice good and good service provided by the carterer and delivery team. The food portion was generous for 30 paxs.

Good service and came early to decorate the venue. Food quality and quantity is very good! Decoration was very well done. Making my guests very happy and impressed with the entire setup and also with the taste of the food.

Overall acceptable. However the fruit punch run out quite fast & insufficient for the guest to take 2nd round while the bobochacha soup left quite a lot. Hope can look into this.

Food was on time anad good and delicery was on time although give us about 1h buffer maybe can give more plastic bags

The foods overall satisfy and delicious. The quality are great and is our favorite too. Delivery also on time with great service and all items was in good taste. Its kind of perfect menu.
