Yeh Lai Siang Catering Service

The food was delicious! The following were really tasty 1) Royal Butter & Honey Citrus Glazed Salmon 奶皇烤三文鱼 2) Stir Fry Buttered Prawns With Curry Leaf 牛油虾 3) Tossed Broccoli With Sea Cucumber And Scallop and 4) Butterfly Shrimp Wanton. The portions were more than sufficient. The Prosperity Abalone Yu Sheng was really good! The staff who liaised with me for the order was also very helpful and; so were the delivery staff. Will order from YLS again.

Overall food is tasty but the pencai is too saltish.
Although I seldom eat a lot of rice, I particularly like the lotus leaf rice which is very fragrant.

The food are quite good. Taste good and dish presentation was also nice. Like the Pan Cai, Lotus Leaf Rice, Herbal Chicken as well as the Sweet annd Sour Fish.

The staff was polite and would take us through every step of the way. On the day of delivery, they would call in advance concerning the order. The set up was very timely and neat. The staff collected everything on the stipulated time. All the food are warm on time and all our guests enjoyed the food. They especially love the curry chicken, not oily, but rich, thick and flavourful. We are glad that we chose Yeh Lai Siang Catering Service as it did not disappoint us. We may order it again next year if the price is right. Thank you!

Food came on time! Love how it’s professionally packed. No spills, no hassles, all cutlery included at your convenience. Pepper and vinegar provided for the Fish Maw Treasure Pot… portion is good enough for my family because we cooked our own dishes too. Love the Yu Sheng and Pan Cai too!! Will recommend it to friends!

Selections of the buffet spread looks good but am disappointed. The Yusheng is covered mainly with shredded carrots. The fish maw has oil smell. The Pen Chai don't taste good too.

It was super good and filling. we ordered for 35 pax. the kong ba bao was superb curry was pretty good too.
noodles and fish was abit bland but the cury helps nuutralise it.

Yes , portion is big to feed all pax . Delivery guy is polite and patient very good service
Love their Yeh’s homemade bun with stewed meat foodline and yam paste .

2nd time ordering this party set for different party. Really value for money and most of the dishes are good. Tried the wasabi prawn this time... but i think the cereal prawn still wins. Nonya curry chicken is everyone's favourite. Fried ee fu mian and veggies - you wont go wrong with them. Just 1 suggestion for the caterer... is there anyway to keep your food hot/warm longer? We eat as soon your food came but still not warm enough.

The setup and delivery is good - on time. Food has sifficient time to be hot in time for guest arrival. Food is not bad and portion is definitely sufficient for 30pax.
