They like to recycle ingredients. Today get clam soup, tomorrow get clams stir fry with melons. Also, soups always repeat itself.

The sambal dishes are nice and flavourful.
However the vegetables are always old and soggy; doesn't look appealing to eat.
Some soups are pepperish too.
There are a few times where dishes are repeated.

Timing of delivery not suitable, portion for 1 pax is very small. Not very valuable

Food wasn't that great but generous portion for soup. The taste of the food some days was too salty,

After renewing a few times, it's confirmed that the amount of food given is inconsistent. Menu starts to repeat as well. Only the customer service is good. Not renewing for now. Hopefully will improve.

Took up 10 days package. 1 day never deliver to us, 1 day gave us 4 dishes instead of our choice of 3 dishes 1 soup and was spilled when delivered, 2 days gave us dishes with seafood which we indicated no seafood as my husband is allergic to it.

Slow and no response from them. Texted and called them to enquire about the missing delivery. Call was picked up and was told they will waived off one meal + additional meal to compensate. Texted them again to confirm the arrangement. No reply at all.

Texted them again to ask for updates at the end of our package and was then told they are extending the package. Told them we had already made arrangement for the next day and asked if its possible to postpone to the day after instead. No reply again. Although they did in the end. But we have already treat it as they can't and made our own arrangement again. Wasting a day food.

Please let your customers know what is going on on your side. We are not paying to have us work around your schedule.

Generally ok except that the food is not as consistent. We prefer the lunch menu to the dinner menu. The vegetables, probably because we don’t like a particular type, tended to be not as desirable.

Collection time was delayed for more than 1hour, causing inconvenience for others.

During set up, there is cockroaches on the tray. When we mentioned to the delivery man, he says that the cockroach is from the van.
After the set up, we request for extra candle from the delivery man. He agreed and left without giving us the extra candle as promised.
The water dispenser was leaking throughout the event. The delivery man mentioned that they will do a better job in the future.

I believe this is a very bad service and I do not think that I will order from this caterer again.
