Overall, the food was pretty good. I would say a variety of tasty home cook food. My family loves it. Perhaps it would be good to reduce the number of dishes with tofu.

Food taste is generally good except sometimes the vege can be too salty. Food portion is generous a lot of times too. Food variety can be improved.

First time trying out YEH LAI SIANG (YLS) after we realised that our regular caterer "L* X*n" food is deteriorating. YLS is slightly more expensive, but their dishes & varieties are generally better. No regret making the switch.

There was a good variety of dishes, portions were big, and food generally yummy. Some of the dishes could be on the spicy side though, even though not expressly stated to be.

Taste is acceptable. Delivey on time. Sometimes the combination of dishes just make one lose appetite. There's still room for improvement.

Lousy cooking. Food tasted subpar, the entire 10-day tingkat lunch was endured with half of the vegetables thrown away. French beans and emperor dou miao were served frequently and they were tough. The only leafy green so far was kangkung and it was tough too.
The caterer had to do a better job in training the cooks or redesigning the menu.
