Food not up to my expectations

The soups is the best of the dishes. The taste is is nice and my children likes it.
The vegetables are always overcooked and don't look appetising. The meat dishes for eg chicken are big chunk with bones. The delivery time is too early, usually arrive at 3.30pm which is too early for dinner. During one of the day the delivery guy don't bother to press door bell and just hang the food at the gate until my son came back at 5pm and saw the food hanging there. However after I complained to the person in charge the delivery service seem better (not the timing). The food portion is sufficient for 4 people especially the rice is more than enough. I hope the caterer can improve on the dishes.

Nice Soup but Delivery way too early for our area

The portions were ok, mains were overall tasty. We specifically liked the soups which were always full-bodied and flavourful (without msg). The greens were a hit and miss. Dishes were not too salty, suitable for elderly. Wish the caterer can consider mixing the lunch dishes with the dinner ones instead of repeating & recycling within the same meal period. We had actually preferred the lunch menu but was informed by the caterer that our area is underserved during lunch time so they are unable to take our tingkat order for lunch. We changed to dinner service in the end. Dinner on the first day was sent around 5pm which was still fine but subsequently for the 2nd-4th day we got it at 330pm, 430pm. We had to call the caterer to feedback the timing was really way too early for us as we have no microwave & we usually eat only around 730pm. Some items had become stale/not fresh by then

Not worth it.

This is the 1st 20 days meal subscription and every was OK that's why I renew another 20days meal subscription. After that realised they changed their container to smaller size and the portion also smaller than other tingkat provider.

The price is not worth it and I will not renew again.

PS: They deliver the food around 9.30am to 10am. Its toooooo early for the lunch.
