Great Service & Tasty Highlights, With Room for improvement

Engaged YLS Catering for a baby’s full month celebration. Decoration was well done and their response to enquiries was prompt. Overall food quality was good, with highlights including the Classic Ee Fu Noodle, Royal Butter & Honey Citrus Glazed Fish, and Thai Pineapple Fried Rice. However, more fuel cans should be provided to keep food warm. Stir Fry Tofu with Prawn wasn’t suitable for buffet, and while the Hot Bo Bo Cha Cha tasted nice, the ingredient-to-coconut milk ratio was too low.

Birthday celebration with YLS

Very polite service crew who called on the phone to arrange for set up prior to food delivery. Collection crew was equally polite ensuring the place was well tidied. We had 32 guests and none voiced out any displease about the dishes. First time with YLS. We will soon order again for our next event.

On time delivery, set up neatly by one person and good food

The set up was on time and neatly.
The portion of all the foods are huge, I ordered 35 pax but the portion can give up to 45 pax except the crispy prawn roll.
The taste of the food overall was amazing especially the sambal sotong.
However, the yam paste and mixed vegetables need some improvement.
The yam paste got a smell not sure is it from pumpkin , yam or the coconut milk.
While for the mixed vegetables, it cooked too long and causes the vegetable too soft.
All in all, I still will continue to order if there are occasions?
