Service was good. Good is nice and flavourful. Soup packing is good but seems to be Abit oily if it's gonna spill. But I will order again.

The delivery guy is polite and proactive. The food is well portioned and delicious. Highly recommended.

Took up 10 days package. 1 day never deliver to us, 1 day gave us 4 dishes instead of our choice of 3 dishes 1 soup and was spilled when delivered, 2 days gave us dishes with seafood which we indicated no seafood as my husband is allergic to it.

Slow and no response from them. Texted and called them to enquire about the missing delivery. Call was picked up and was told they will waived off one meal + additional meal to compensate. Texted them again to confirm the arrangement. No reply at all.

Texted them again to ask for updates at the end of our package and was then told they are extending the package. Told them we had already made arrangement for the next day and asked if its possible to postpone to the day after instead. No reply again. Although they did in the end. But we have already treat it as they can't and made our own arrangement again. Wasting a day food.

Please let your customers know what is going on on your side. We are not paying to have us work around your schedule.

Delivery timing was consistent and timely. Food was generally ok as well. It could be better if the serving portion is bigger.

The food and service always meet my expectations, this is my 3rd time of subscription, strongly recommend this caterer for those who sourcing for tingkat service.

Food acceptable. They do delivery on sat. & Sunday which is helpful.

Food was acceptable. Sometimes the dish given not be sufficient but generally is value for money. The soup portion if can increase would be great. Customer support via phone and WhatsApp is efficient too.

It is like zi char food, some times can be a bit oily. The soups were great and good service, will update if delivery will be late.

Service is very good, especially after feedback is given. However, it will only be good for a day and back to square one. Can't be helped since different aspect of the workflow involves different groups of handlers.
Would appreciate consistency in the amount of food given, ie, can't be sometimes more and sometimes less.
