The guests enjoyed the sambal sotong (it was wiped out the fastest) and chicken curry, but my personal favourite was the royal butter honey citrus glazed fish. Longevity fried mee sua was a little too watery and the sweet and sour pork was kind of bland. The driver who did the setup was punctual and on time but the only issue we had was the teardown. Had initially told the admin staff on the phone that I would like the driver to collect at 3pm (as my event will end around that timing) but another driver who did collection arrived at 2.30pm in the middle of the party and insisted on collecting everything as he said he had to rush to another venue to teardown as well. After explaning him our situation several times, he decided to make a phonecall and came back at 3.30pm sharp to clear up.

Value for money , portion was generous and good was tasty

The serving for 8-10pax is super huge! Eefu Noodles could be just in 1 platter instead of 2 to prevent wastage. Could serve up to 15 to 20 pax in order to finish everything. Delivery was on time and food was good, except for the bailing mushrooms dish, the broccoli and cauliflower are still a bit too hard. Good to recommend to others.

The caterer came on time for the setup. Food was decent size and tasty. I had to order the vegetarian version of the dishes as it was 15th lunar calendar but the taste was quite good. Should be better with the actual meaty style.

Great service. The staff actually called me on the phone to confirm the dishes and gave good recommendations. Portion is quite huge. Food is delicious and everyone at the event gave thumbs up! Will definitely order again from Yeh Lai Siang in future.
