Pineapple fried rice missing the pork floss. Teochew duck not braised long enough. But overall quite good as many of my guests praise the quality of food & services (some had tried them before). Have water drip tray for drinks which is a good idea. Set up simple but nicely done.

Value for money buffet

Overall the food was great. The longevity mee sua was unique as most caterer don't offer but was a bit soft. Portion was pretty generous that we have too many to pack. The caterer came early and able to come at the time requested to keep the catering. The customer service was great too.. We requested to split the main staple portion to half and it was accommodated. And she also called to confirm order and attentive to any request. Will definitely order from them again for any events.

Improve the taste on Hainanese Chicken

We ordered buffet for mum's birthday on Sept 23, 2017. The half of the invited guests are senior citizens and years of cooking experiences.

The food is average and there is room for improvement. The Longevity Mee Sua was good. However, the Hainanese Chicken was not really taste like Hainanese Chicken. The homemade bun with stewed meat is their Chef's recommendation but feedback from guests was the meat is not fatty enough for this dish.

Overall food ok, not as great as what other reviews are giving. Ordered for 80 pax, guess the food not tat great hence a lot of leftover. The only good thing is that staff tat serve us. Compliment to him for the good service.

Curry chicken- dry version and the meat too chunky
Stew pork - I guess this is the best out of all other dishes
Fish with buttery cream - surprising good. I like the flavour
