I've order 30 Pax portion and I think the portion served was just enough. My guest consist of 26 adults and 7 kids and food was just enough. Mee Sua still left about 40%. Other dishes are mostly finished.
Bobo Chacha wasn't very good as it was too watery and the yam only some are soft, majority are hard.

My fav dishes are: curry chicken, chicken wings, Mee Sua, prawn.
The stew meat with bun is just enough.

They are very punctual in good delivery.

Recommend crispy chicken and curry chicken. All my guest give a thump up on this 2 dish.

But the paper plate not enough for my guest.

Arrived on time and food was kept warm until serving time. Portions are generous, but taste differs across dishes. Curry chicken and lemon butter fish were pretty good. The braised duck was a bit tough and there were too much ice in honeydew sago, which made the dessert very watery and difficult to scoop ingredients.

Am surprised that the food was pretty good. There must have been a change in the chef n owner as well.

Very prompt to reach for setup, setup was done very professionally. Nice food, guests' feedback was very good, one guest (very seasoned housewife) commented after eating, didn't feel thirsty, very little left over food. All food finished even bee hoon finished till last bit. Except the yam paste was still too sweet even though I requested less sugar. 150 pieces Satay finished in no time, too few cucumbers and onions though.

Overall, the food was quite good. The set-up of the buffet was also satisfactory.

But half-way through eating, we found a piece of plastic inside the yam and pumpkin dessert (refer to picture). So they should be more careful about that.

1. SIN CHOW MEE HOON: VERY NICE, TOO MUCH FOR 20 PAX.

2. YEH'S HAINANESE RED CURRY CHICKEN WITH BABY POTATOES: TOO MANY CHICKEN, CAN'T FIND BABY POTATOES.

3. PORK RIBS SPRINKLED WITH DICED GARLIC: HAVE THE PORK SMELL.

4. FISH GLAZED WITH LEMON BUTTER: NOT BAD.

5. FRIED XIAO LONG BAO: THE XIAO LONG BAO INSIDE NOT MEAT (PLEASE ASK BEFORE ORDER).

6. TRADITIONAL TEOCHEW BRAISED DUCK: TOO HARD TO EAT.

7. VEGETABLES IN YAM BASKET: OKOK ONLY.

8. TEMPURA PRAWNS WITH SALAD DIPS: TOO MUCH FLOUR.

9. GREEN BEAN SOUP: VERY GOOD! THE GREEN BEAN SOUP HAVE SWEET POTATOES.

10. REFRESSHING LEMONADE: OKOK ONLY.

11. BLACK FUNGUS SALAD TOPPED WITH CHEF'S HOMEMADE DRESSING, ORIENTAL STYLE: VERY GOOD!

The food was really delicious and was exceeded our expectations of a catering menu. 10/10 will order again.
