Good service, excellent value, kou rou bao as signature dish
Second time using this caterer. Telephone confirmation and making changes were a breeze as long as you told them early.
Staff arrived early to set up and were friendly. Food was good value for money. Fried rice was fragrant and went well with the curry chicken. Chicken wings were nice. The kou rou bao was excellent as usual.
Spring rolls, sliced fish and sea coconut were ok but not fantastic.

Satisfied but there's still room for improvement
Salad prawn is just fried prawn. A little misleading.
The curry for the curry chicken is fragrant and not too spicy. Good for families with children. However, the meat of the chicken is a little too tough.
Bun w stewed meat, bun is not fresh. Kind of powdery. Meat is tough as well.
The portion is generous.

Nice food
Nice food
Generally satisfied
Food taste are generally good. Proportion of food provided are exact to the number of people catered for. e.g. bun with stewed meat. Guest who wish to take more than 1 piece would lead to insufficient food.
Good service and yummy food for wedding
The food was yummy. all the guest praise about how delicious and service was good.
Reasonable
Food is pretty ok considering its price

Food Review as follows:
Fried Noodle 炒桂花面 (Oily and turned soggy within 2 hours +)
Fried Chicken Chop in Thai Style 泰式鸡扒 ( Not bad once dipped in Thai Chilli Sauce)
(Frozen prawns used and not properly defrosted; complaints of not fresh)
(Sweet Sour Fish fried in Sambal Chilli; Some pieces were very good; while others tasted not fresh & need more defrosting. Good Sambal Chilli though)
(Calamari; was very hard)
(Preferred the sambal fish; the batter coating was on large pieces of pork like sweet sour fish size unlike smaller bite size I'm used to, Taste wise was not bad)
Sotong Dough Stick w/Salad Cream 苏东油条 (95% You Tiao, 5% sotong paste; quite hard & not Q)
(Was nice)
Yam Paste w/Coconut Milk 芋泥椰浆 (Did not look appetising; but was highlight of the meal. Thumbs up given by Teochew guests & reason why I might recommend them)
Orange Cordial (Enough to drink)
