Ordered for 30pax at at 7pm.
Disappointed with the catering—setup was late with only one staff handling it, and by 7pm the food was still cold. Portions were also too small overall.

The delivery arrived early.
The Fragrant Wrapped Lotus Leaf Rice is a bit on the hard side and the prawns are quite bland.

Selections of the buffet spread looks good but am disappointed. The Yusheng is covered mainly with shredded carrots. The fish maw has oil smell. The Pen Chai don't taste good too.

Ordered for 50pax, but the caterer only gave 1 packet of plastic spoon and 1 packet of plastic fork, which is not enough, hence need to rush to nearby convenience shop on a rainy day to get extra.

No serviette provided as well. Food is ok. Told deliveryman to return at 9pm to collect, but did not show up. Have to spam call person-in-charge at night to ask, but no useful information provided as person-in-charge does not know who is coming over and collect, hence unable to provided ETA. Deliveryman came at 11pm instead to collect.

I would like to feedback on the buffet I ordered during CNY.

The caterer is so unprofessional.....it is CNY and there was no decoration at all......just a few tables and the food.
The plates, bowl, cutlery are all still in the packing, did not even display the cutlery nicely.

I'm so disappointed for this caterer.

Will not recommend to anyone for this caterer.

The ordering process was seamless, and the person helping me with my order was friendly and attentive. However, once I made my payment, she became completely unreachable. I tried to text her on the actual day to confirm my catering for that evening, but she went silent.

The caterer delivered as promised at 5:15 p.m., with my scheduled appointment being at 6:00 p.m.

I was disappointed with the buffet setup. The food was simply arranged with food warmers, without any decorative items like fake flowers or vases, which had been promised by the lady I spoke to when placing my order. Additionally, there were no labels for the food items, so I had to explain to my guests what each dish was when they asked.

The food was generally served warm. However, my only complaint was the fruit punch, which was extremely sweet. It seemed that the person who prepared it did not mix it with plain water, as all my guests commented on how overly sweet the drink was. I had to buy two bottles of mineral water to dilute it.

I provided feedback to the company on the following Monday, and it took them four days to respond. When I asked what they wanted me to update in this review since I hadn’t heard from them, the person in charge insisted that the fruit punch was mixed correctly. This was surprising, given that all my guests had reported it was excessively sweet.

The company offered to compensate me with a plate of chocolate eclairs, but I politely declined the offer as it required me to collect them in person.

Overall, it is a value-for-money package if you don’t mind the aforementioned issues.

Food's portion is not enough for 30 guests and vegetable is overcooked. Delivery is late by almost one hour.

No up to my expectation
Curry too salty n only drum expect whole chicken parts. Prawn too hard overcooked
Fish appear no as per picture. With out salted egg sauce

Overall taste of food is ok and acceptable except for :
1. The dory fillet is so thin while the batter is so thick that the whole dish is bland, hard and rubbery with no taste of the fish at all.
2. Quantity of chicken provided is much too little for an order of 50 pax.
3. The lobster is ok but a bit over fried.
4. No serviette provided.
5. No decoration to improve the overall outlook of the whole buffet set-up.
