Delivery was late. It was quite disconcerting because I'd read some other reviews where they confirmed and didn't show up, or where they unilaterally cancelled the order after confirming it, so I'd thought I'd have to make alternative arrangements ... More at the last minute.

The collection was even worse, because they were 1 hour late. We were due to return the function room at 10pm but Ecreative could only came to collect at 11pm. I called the delivery man several times for the latest collection time, and he kept giving times he could not meet.

Food & value was good though.
