"Don't ever make any order from this caterer."

1) delivered was late by 30 minutes to start with and 2 out of the 10 discs ordered were missing! The delivery man had to go back to the kitchen to take the 2 missing discs and final set up was done about 2.5 hrs later than the original delivery ... More time.
2) one of the 10 discs that I ordered was wrong and replaced by another disc without prior consultation with me. I only discovered after delivery was made! the reason given was no stock for the original disc that I have ordered, made payment and confirmed by the caterer more than 1.5 months in advance!
3) the sticker on one of the discs packing shown that the quantity is lesser than the order I have paid for! the excuse given was the only disc with the sticker was wrong in quantity and the rest of the discs without any sticker were correct. can anyone believe that was the case??
4) The cost of the total order was $1876.16 and the caterer insisted that they will only give me a $10 refund which I think is an insult!
