1. Summer Potato Salad >> it would be much better to cube it into a smaller size rather than the present ones are such big pieces. Add in more favour like spring onions, bacon etc to have a better taste rather than now very bland and tastelss. ... More ?
2. Seafood Thai Pineapple Rice >> I dont see any pineapples or much seafood, have the kitchen missed it? ??
3. Four Season Vegetable w Clam >> sorry to say that this is the most horrible Greens which I have ever came across in all my buffet caterings. It tastless! plus point is the presentation is good. Can consider to remove the Peas ???
4. Other than these 3 dishes, the rest are delicious! I have never eaten such nice Garlic Bread!

5. There is no decor at all, wondering why?
