"Very disappointing experience with E-creative."

The food is generally acceptable. Some of the guests gave good feedback.

However, I am VERY disappointed with the catering service. I ordered and paid for 4 round tables and 32 chairs and they actually missed out to deliver and it is also not ... More reflected in the Delivery Order. I asked the delivery guy if they can arrange someone else to deliver it but he said the office has closed for the day and no one can attend to my order. He gave me the Salesperson mobile number but she refused to answer my call and respond to my messages. It left us feeling helpless looking at the almost empty function room with only 10 small tables and 20 over chairs for more than 60 guests. Most guests left standing around to eat and mingle.

There is no sincere apology or remedy from the caterer except to refund back to us the rental cost for the tables and chairs. Very disappointed and unprofessional service.
