"Healthy catering menu with good taste"

Food setup - On time, a little early than requested time but food still warm when my guests reached.

Taste: Very healthy, less salty, less oily. Love that it's a bit different from the usual catering food.

Grain’s House Salad (V): Didn't ... More expect the base of this salad to be quinoa, tot will be more greens (6/10)

Butterfly Blue Pea Rice (V): Very fluffy rice, taste quite good (7/10)

Hikari Miso Glazed Chicken: A little bit saltish , might be due to miso. Chicken not too dry, the mushrooms & carrots was well taste too. (7/10)

Assam Spiced Dory: Nice cooked, not too spicy or sour. Just nice. Goes well with the rice (8/10)

Braised Mushroom and Broccoli(V): Broccoli a bit hard. But garlic sauce was yummy (7/10)

Japanese Karaage: Nothing special, fried well. (8/10)

Chocolate éclair (V): Yummy (8/10)

Chamomile Mint Tea(V): Very refreshing. But i guess chamomile is not accepted by all people in general. (7/10)

Staff came on time to clear up the buffet also.
Nice experience. Staff was friendly & polite.
Will order it next time.
