"Disappointed as food was delivered 1h 15min late"

Timing of event was 6pm. Food only arrived at around 7.15pm, 1h 15 min late. I was panicking as guests were here since 6pm. I tried to call the office but it was already after working hours so there was no pick up of call. Was hoping for a call from ... More the company to update status but there was none. Food were super cold but guests were hungry and did not want to wait for me to warm up the food by microwave and air-fryer. Actually food tasted ok after I warm them up but it was a bad experience thinking whether the food will come and making the guests wait so long. Was thinking of ordering food From Grab as I thought my order will not be delivered. Hope company will do something about their operations and be more contactable by customers.
