Overall, the food and setup was fantastic. They even had CNY decorations to go with the setup. The main issue I had was that both the chicken and duck were served whole. It was very troublesome to cut it on our own, even with the utensils provided. ... More I would have preferred a lesser hassle option.

Pan Seared Fish Fillet -turned soggy.
Prawns - it was nice but i had a lot of leftovers because guests didn't want to dirty their hands to de-shell the prawns.
Cream of Mango with Sago and Pomelo - again, taste is good... but I don't recall seeing pomelo bits.
