"Buffet catering with limited options"

I was quite disappointed by the service as the delivery guy came much earlier even though I specifically instructed that to the caterer that cannot set up earlier than 5.30pm as my event is at 6.30pm. I was told to light up the fuel on my own as ... More food were delivered much earlier.

We ended up with super diluted fruit punch, guest describe it as "diluted colour water". Cheng Teng was ok, but over heated, stir fried kalian dry and over cooked. The curry chicken sauce is salty and diluted, fried rice and Hong Kong meeting taste plain. Sambal prawns were small in size and braised pork tasted good but very small pieces.

Overall, food taste is mid, nothing much to shout out for. Very limited menu options. Setting of table is very simple. Not value for money.
